Self drilling anchors R32, R38, R51, T40, T51, T76
Montesino produces self drilling anchors (SDA) in standard sizes R32, R38, R51, T40, T51, T76, designed for fast and efficient installation in geotechnically demanding environments. SDAs are used for tunneling, soil and slope stabilization, retaining structures, and foundations, especially where conventional drilling is not possible.
These anchors combine drilling, anchoring, and grouting in a single operation — saving time, eliminating the need for casing, and ensuring reliable load transfer even in fractured or loose ground.
Total annual capacity of 18.000 tonnes, Montesino delivers high-quality SDA systems with accessories including drill bits, couplings, nuts, centralisers, and anchor plates.
Corrosion protection of SDA can be executed with hot-dip galvanization in accordance with EN ISO1461 or with Duplex coating according to EN ISO12944-5.
